How I weight my optics portfolio $LITE $COHR $AAOI $AXTI $POET I get asked often about my port And also what ETF is best for optics exposure So I created a MOCK ETF that reflects my mindset It is very dynamic for my own investments, but this gives a good depiction of how I position. Bookmark it. Share it. Stress test it. It's about 6 weeks old, so keep that in mind. I update it every 2 months. And this version is only NYSE/NASDAQ This is not financial advice

What signals do we have from earnings so far? $AXTI $GLW $MXL $AEHR $FORM $AIXA Let's start at the beginning of the chain $AXTI (substrate maker, starting material) see massive revenue growth, LTA's, expanding capacity like crazy to become the largest InP substrate supplier. Downstream read is that the demand for wafers is not only increasing, but accelerating and their customers (the chip makers) are ramping like crazy and will continue to ramp like crazy. $AIXA (tool maker, sells machines that turn blank wafers from AXT into laser chips) seeing greater than anticipated revenue/demand for optoelectronics. Customers (again, would be the chip makers or epihouses) are paying large deposits and reserving production slots well into next year. AIXA can't make the machines fast enough to meet the demand placed on them (one thing that helps prevent oversupply anytime soon btw) . $MXL (DPS & other components inside modules) raised their optical revenue significantly, sees greater and longer demand for 800G (continuing to grow through 2nd half 2027) which is when 1.6T will really start ramping. So overlapping demand for both 800G and 1.6T in 2027. Will be a period of time where these companies are printing $AEHR (test) current silicon photonics customer is ramping and placing additional orders while a second customer has also ordered multiple systems and will place additional follows ons this year. Sees SiPh rev growing 2.7x-3x in FY 2027. $GLW (fiber) their data center rev (Enterprise) grew 65% YoY. Demand remains above supply. Supported by LTA's from $META and $AMZN and have a deal with $NVDA as well. The current fiber cycle is really strong but NPO/CPO is going to create a meaningful TAM expansion Every earnings has reinforced that we are still early stages for these companies While their share price will be heavily influenced by the greater market, the actual execution within the companies and the landscape are all very very positive
