This is why I'm accumulating PUMP, not because I'm suddenly turbo bullish on it, but it's done all the heavy selling in advance which is why now the probabilities of it going lower are quite low obviously not impossible if we get a crazy nuke in the market, but not my base case other alts though need to go through some pain after they've put in some crazy moves(edited)

btw, the PUMP entry for me was mostly from a TA perspective - the token was beaten down, it had several attempts at putting new lows that didn't go through, it had flipped 4h trend and retraced bck to support when I saw that I figured it's really good r/r to long it there then I realized these guys are likely actually doing stuff behind the scenes, so I added more and just decided to wait on it obviously couldn't have anticipated this would be the only coin to move properly while the market bleeds, but we're here now I still think lots of ppl are sidelined on this; of course there are also ICO buyers still holding so it won't be a smooth ride up(edited)

Also longing $PUMP again here - I had closed my long around 3.4bn I think, but it was small in comparison to my spot holdings; now adding a bit more size think it's had a decent retracement from obvious resistance; time to go for the ICO price also onchain heating up a bit, tokabu and spark both reaching significant market caps, should benefit PUMP(edited)

my mindset/thesis from here is as follows: I think we have one more leg on btc and we all hope it goes parabolic; don't want to put targets or anything, but anything to 150k and hopefully above that would be awesome we *need* btc to pull this off so that the ceiling on the other coins goes way higher I also think short term btc leads, so expect btc dominance to climb next 1-2 weeks and top out there afterwards, I expect alts to start pumping, led by ETH - I covered this some days ago, but ETH charts look amazing vs BTC and SOL I dunno what narrative will spark ETH to rally given DATs have kinda fizzled out, but lots of times we just figure out justifications for shit pumping - I'm mostly making these assumptions based on charts and historical patterns IF (and it's an IF) we get any sort of new game / meta / narrative onchain, the seeds will be planted now I have no idea if this happens, but I do know that it's what we should focus on for outsized gains onchain so my plan is - long BTC and ETH with size (smth like 1-2x of my portfolio) since we have clear invalidations from here and just hold these longs for 1-2 months once BTC flips daily trend, I will also long strong mid cap alts (I already started longing $PUMP but waiting a bit still since it could go lower) with way less capital identify new narratives onchain and go for home runs - last year the ai memecoin season started on Oct 7th, but it wasn't until Nov that it fully exploded that's why you need to be sharp rn and just pay attention to anyhting new that can come up retail coming and pumping our bags onchain probably won't happen, however what can happen is something new and exciting emerging that gets capital from majors to realocate onchain (just like last year ENAS and others started longing GOAT, the same kind of perp traders can really pump stuff onchain if a truly good narrative presents itself) this way you are covered on all bases - if onchain still sucks and not much moves, you at least profit on institutional buys of BTC and ETH if onchain sucks, you might still catch mini narratives (like the perp dex meta or XPL) and do good on them if onchain takes off, then you hve similar conditions to AI memecoin meta and it's a glorious 1-2 months everybody's situation is different, our strengths are different and our objectives are different - be aware of what you are good at, don't get caught in the euphoria, take plenty of profits annecdotally I think lots of ppl are disheartened by the recent price action on alts and very few are positioned in BTC, so I think max pain is BTC goes up, alts/onchain stagnate(edited)

I mentioned yesterday I was slowly bidding it, decided to slam more after I looked at the TA, gonna forward some charts from 10h ago (which played out) Since it flipped 6bn level that’s a good area to add imo, we’re not too far from it; Also with these trades you don’t necessarily need to havr the best entry (mine is 5.7-5.8), but you want to focus on the fastest horse Many ppl are focusing on XPL and ASTER still which I think are done for now as trades (maybe Aster comes back in a few weeks) and ignoring PUMP(edited)

Getting a bit more active and think we get a short-term bounce here, at least everything feels more alive. Imo this is the bear market relief rally, so wouldn't go overboard with risk, but feel like some good opportunities. If you follow me on Fomo, I've bought $SOL tomato (but very late) and have been accumulating $CARDS (chart looks good, very oversold, good fundamentals - I see it going to 10c short term). Also longed $PUMP and $SOL - $PUMP revenues and buybacks are exploding (though I am a bit skeptical on this front), but it's been oversold and flipped all trends up to daily; also chart looks like a very clean cup and handle. $SOL has been consolidating right underneath resistance and D trend, looks pretty strong for continuation

seems like everyone was waiting for reaction after Jackson Hole, for now nothing, btc bounced quite well, still in that resistance area it's a very tricky situation - on one hand we are getting rejected and unable to breakout, on the other hand the dibs are shallow and we keep getting higher lows - this needs to resolve somehow however, I would be livid if I weren't positioned rn, so I have been accumulating some PUMP in this are and also just bought some CASHCAT PUMP I think is one of the best liquid bets you could hve rn; CASHCAT as well as a bet on RH + it was just hovering around the highest previous daily close and it seemed like a natural spot to bid with easy inval

sold a bunch of positions across the board today to de-risk, think macro might be ugly in september and we'll get a good dip in crypto (to buy into) also as I've mentioned a few times, things got really crazy onchain, not sustainable imo and a lot of it is built on tokens wiht low liquidity so once the music stops everyone will rush for the exits wasn't that active in this onchain season so wasn't that much to sell, but got warmed up esp in the last week or so and will be active and hunting for opportunities moving fwd

I've started re-adding to PUMP, no idea if crypto bottomed or not, maybe I'll hold this underwater for a while, doing spot only but their revenues are somehow staying constant (again over 2M yday), their app keeps growing, basically think more ppl will realize the revenue is sticky anyway I'd only be able to bid a select few tokens in this market env, sentiment has flipped and is very poor

was with friends the entire evening so barely looked at things but was reading in chats that it was pretty bad, still BTC hadn't broken down I added more PUMP and longed LIT on fomo, I'm pretty bullish if stocks are nuking in this way and we cannot make new lows in crypto, what happens when things calm down not to mention the charts look amazing for a double bottom going to sleep & praying
