$TAO (Weekly) – Bittensor TAO slid back into a key HTF support zone after sustained sell pressure. Weekly RSI is near oversold, an area that has often aligned with seller exhaustion. This zone has been tested three times, and buyers stepped in each time. Though that doesn’t guarantee a reversal, it does define risk clearly. Now the question is, why am I scaling out? First and foremost, I want to keep a balanced position. And there is nothing wrong with buying low, taking profits, and still holding a long-term bag. I already sold what I accumulated around $150 as you know From here, I will be scaling out starting $240 onwards, just as I said earlier, and I will do it gradually in parts. Because I believe we can still get cheaper entries. But even if we don’t, I will still be holding a position. And if those lower entries do come, it becomes a clear win-win situation, because the bigger picture remains unchanged. Eventually, this is going to break 4 digits I hope you understand the logic.

I like $TAO and I’m still holding a core hodl bag, but that doesn’t mean you ignore opportunities when the market gives them. Short term structure matters. $TAO has lost its short-term uptrend and is now retesting it. So far, it looks weak… not the kind of reaction you want to see if it’s going to reclaim strength. Opened a short here. For a safer entry, keep an eye on the $300 level.If that breaks, it likely opens up a proper sell-off. I’ll be adding more to my short on that breakdown.

The question is... Do I still think we get it cheap again around or under $200? Yes, I do. Reason is simple: Bitcoin. I don’t believe any alt truly bottoms until Bitcoin does. And right now, it looks like it is in the final phase of this bear market rally. Once it rolls over, you know what happens next. For now, I see it pushing toward the ~$285–300 range if Bitcoin holds. That’s where I’ll look to open a short, depending on conditions. My hodl bag stays untouched.
