$TAO - the biggest AI dream currently available in crypto In light of BTC surpassing 120k, risk is most certainly back on and all ceilings need to be reviewed. AI is a sector we all know and love, that has offered the biggest upside potential in both the real world economy and crypto. I'm coming back to this now in a big way with TAO as one of my core bets for this season. The dTAO ecosystem has turned from a hot mess with constant exploits 12 months ago to an organized ecosystem of revenue generating businesses all with unique value propositions. With the halving upcoming in Decemeber, TAO at $3.8b mkt cap seems undervalued as the crypto x AI L1 with the most amount of technical depth and diehard community in the crypto universe today. Pre Market Thoughts - 24 Sep 26 Korea holiday for the rest of this week. Despite the soggy SPX performance yesterday, $NKY is actually up 1% for the day. Over the course of last night, post the impressive PMI prints, yields soared to the highs. 10Y at 5.11% and 30Y at 5.4%. This rapidly triggered some derisking across the risk complex. I posted on the Terminal 2 hours before the dip that i was derisking across both my crypto and equities positions, such that i would then have the cash to be able to bid dips. (terminal.gambit.zone). The chat comes with many features now, like the ability to pull data off the chat itself (try it /capex MSFT for eg to get MSFT Capex numbers) In my prior post, i talked about how we saw the highs in yields. This was rapidly proven wrong as the market swiftly corrected - however i still think that there is significant risk of a short squeeze across the treasury complex. On SPX, we also had a factor reversal. Energy which was the worst performing the day before was the best performing while Info Tech took a plunge. Interestingly, $SOXX remains very resilient and $QQQ still sits near the ATHs. Single names were where the pain mostly resided. $SNDK was weak Crypto wise, it is very notable that into the first move that so much BTC OI was taken off. On HL, BTC OI went from 3.9B to 3.2B - for context these were the pre pump levels. (terminal.gambit.zone/dex-data/pulse#chec… This suggests to me that traders are still relatively cautious and flighty - which is better positioning wise. It is also notable that throughout the move up, funding remained relatively tepid. I dont think that we suddenly had way more market makers in crypto over the course of bear market - which suggests to me that generally not too much leverage was used thus far. This does not mean that crypto will go up. Just that i dont think that people are overleveraged. In terms of alts, i also posted on the terminal that i added back exposure yesterday during the move down. $DOGE at 0.092, $PEPE at ~0.00044 $TAO at 288. My trading style for alts remains quite fluid because i recognise that there is insufficient capital within the space still for a general move up. Thematically, AI, Privacy and memes have been what the market rewards and are themes that i personally have the conviction to underwrite. I will be discussing more tickers on the terminal Good luck!

Yields clustered back to near ATHs to start the week - 10Y at 5.2%, 30Y at 5.5%. Korea is finally open to start the week down 2.5% while $NKY is almost unchanged. Memory and semis are trading weak at the moment with $00660 and $05930 down ~5% meanwhile $MU and $SNDK are down about 2-3% as well in the overnight market. Very weak price action versus the close on Friday. I would not read too much into this however because the biggest catalyst coming up for memory is $MU earnings. Would expect choppy price action in memory till then. On neoclouds, i think that momentum is finally shifting. There is now growing awareness that compute projects are sitting at less than 1 year paybacks. I would expect neos to quickly rerate on this. Power is also now widely known and recognized as a bottleneck. Going into Sep, we have had a large crowd clamoring that it was the weakest seasonal period for equities in Sep - the market is now actually marginally higher. The problem with using seasonality as a guide is seasonal guides have not worked thus far this year, why would you expect it to start working now for equities? $META is also seeing some weakness in pre market. I like 2 set ups for this. First one is buying the 690 support zone, while the second is buying the ATH break out for $META. Why do i use this approach? $META is cheap but not devastatingly cheap like semis, hence it can chop around alot longer than you have patience (see the chart and PA for this year). However i do feel that we are on a cusp for a breakout across the hyperscaler complex - this would be a paradigm shift thus far and would rapidly reprice all these tickers - $META $MSFT etc... Hence going for a breakout play would make sense. The other approach would be to just bid the QQQ breakout. In crypto, we have had a bout of early weakness across majors and alts. $BTC looks potentially likely to flirt with the 82K support. On the terminal chat, i talked about trimming $TAO and $DOGE last friday as well as TPing my $CRDO trade. The reason why was to release up more risk capital to be able to take advantage of dips. KBW has typically been a good week for crypto risk sentiment - many projects also release positive news during this period, hence my approach for this week would be to find good bullish ST set ups to trade for crypto. Will chat on specific names in the terminal chat. Good luck for the week!

Pre Market Thoughts 29 Sep 26 A Taco hit the wires at around the middle of the NY trading session, this prompted a knee jerk move down in crude that has thus far been retraced. Yields also remain at the highs. Within the SPX Index, Health care was the best performing while financials was the hardest hit across the board. $META also led software names lower after announcing it was going into software. Interestingly, the start of the semis crash in July was preceded by false reporting saying that $META was going to sell compute. It would be ironic if the start of the software retracement was done by META as well. $MDB's CEO also joined META to lead this effort...which had the unfortunate effect of sending the stock down more than 20% at one point in time. $META itself was down 5% too. As per my note yesterday, the 2 set ups i like for $META is buying the 690 support or buying for the ATH breakout play. In asia trading, both $NKY and $KOSPI are down about 1% for the day. $SNDK and $MU were also hit earlier in the NY trading session. The price action for $SNDK has been extremely choppy and not one that rewards momentum traders who stay past their welcome. I dont think that there will be much moves on the memory complex until MU earnings are through. In crypto, i posted on the terminal last night that i was exiting both $TAO and $DOGE. My main rationale for this is that on $TAO - I dont like the tokenomics of Gamma. Seems to be making the protocol even more complicated and...useless? On $DOGE, i think risk appetite seems to be getting weaker and the surge to 0.95 was a good area to broadly tp. I still hold $PEPE. On $ZEC, we are seeing some amount of weakness out now. $ZEC has a super illiquid spot book, hence as long as we get some amount of selling pressure from spot holders taking profit, this ticker can react in a very convex manner...to the down side as well. Areas that i am looking at ~ 750s would be where i would rebuy my exposure. It is also robinhood summit today and i would expect a flurry of product announcements. It also seems likely that we might get some amount of positive news for the ecosystem as well. Let's chat tickers on the terminal Good luck!
