ZEC also climbed as high as 580 during this period and held up much better than most other cryptocurrencies, allowing me to lock in a small profit before exiting my position for now. I think Bitcoin's rebound to 67K to 70K is probably close to its limit for this leg. My base case is another pullback first, followed by one more rebound with 70K likely being the highest it can reach

That flash crash definitely caught me off guard, but fortunately price still hasn’t reached my cost basis. Bull markets come with plenty of flash crashes. The dump isn’t the problem. Just added to the positions and picked up $HYPE and $ZEC as well. The slow bleed is what hurts. Cost basis still hasn’t been reached. After a violent wick and selloff, fewer profitable holders are left in the market, clearing the way for another move higher. Then a large number of traders start shorting, only to get squeezed and liquidated. That’s how an imbalanced market works. If you can’t handle violent wicks and sharp selloffs, and manage risk properly, there is no way to capture excess returns in an imbalanced market. And remember, it’s the weekend. This is completely normal. Look at DOGE’s historical price action, then look at TRUMP’s. Trump has replaced Musk as the new king of crypto, and their meme coins reflect that shift as well. Miss the bull market and you may have to wait another year. Right now, this is the bull market of Trump, the king of crypto. $TRUMP could be the last great meme of this cycle. Once Trump leaves office, there is no way to know whether crypto will have another bull market. Regardless of whether the next president is crypto friendly or crypto hostile, crypto will continue to become more institutionalized and regulated. At that point, the market will become more balanced. A balanced market will behave more like equities, with less excess return. If violent wicks and sharp selloffs cannot be tolerated and risk is not managed properly, excess returns cannot be captured in an imbalanced market.

Just finished buying the dip. I’m out of cash now. I kept the last bit of cash aside in case MSTR gets removed from the index tomorrow. I mainly used NQ to guide my dip buying because there’s too much data to track for individual stocks. I focused on key NQ levels, value areas, VWAP and key options levels. When NQ reached those levels, I checked QQQ dark pool levels and the heatmap showing NQ iceberg orders. Bought BTC, NEAR, ZEC, MU, SNDK, MRVL, LITE, SOXL and others. Basically, I bought everything across semiconductors and optics. See you at the massive rebound

Hopefully, NEAR reaches $10 this year. I couldn't hold my leveraged ZEC position, so if I want to make money on altcoins, I just need to hold spot and wait patiently🥀

BTC is looking a bit weak today. MSTR reports earnings tomorrow, and I have no idea how the results will turn out, but it will probably rally ahead of earnings. So I also have a few short term crypto longs in ZEC,NEAR, ENA, HYPE, PEPE, and a few others. For SOXX, I initially expected 522 to be the top, but then I saw the ORCL news about capex peaking in FY27 to FY28, which means 2026 to 2029. It's hard to tell whether this is bearish or bullish. The market could still have a massive rally at some point during that period. Today's PA was just too extreme and chaotic. I went long and bought some spot as well. I'm logging off for now and will take another look tomorrow.

Google's earnings double-missed, so I closed my existing longs.😂 Let me take a shot at shorting SOXL.
